We are eager to connect you to all the resources and benefits of living in our privately-owned community! As a new homeowner or tenant, please complete this homeowner form so we can assist you with everything you need to know — including a welcome letter, approval to our Facebook page, and to receive your new keycard. Also note, we proudly enforce a sex-offender free neighborhood to our current families by screening and approving every adult resident through Texas Public Sex Offender Registry.

Are you a Milwaukee Ridge HOA member renting out your property?
We are honored you recognize our community as prime real estate in Lubbock, with opportunities to be active in hosted community events and enjoyable park amenities such as our privately enclosed pool, basketball court, versatile tennis and pickleball court, park pavilions, tool rentals, soccer field, baseball backstop, and restroom facilities. To best serve your tenants and our community, we ask that you contact us with new tenant updates, lease contracts/dates, and approved background checks by completing this form. (This form should be completed with every new tenant lease contract.) Our Board of Directors will respond with next steps to serving your tenants necessary information such as a welcome letter, access to community updates through Facebook and/or our registered website and mobile app, and keycard updates. Are you a property manager or title company assisting a current or future Milwaukee Ridge HOA member?
We are thrilled to work alongside you to provide stellar service to our current and future HOA members! We believe the key to such excellence is offered in clear and frequent communication. Because our Board of Directors are volunteers and currently all have full time jobs, we have made our website as user friendly and convenient as possible. You are able to access all necessary documents under our CCRs page. If a buyer’s financial institution needs a resale certificate, one can be provided the closing stage. Also during the closing process, we require background checks for all adult residents (to comply with our sex-offender free membership requirement) to release any financial information needed prior to closing.
